At Garden State Grubber we not only want to help unveil the
unknown local food institutions, but we want to try to spotlight products and
small businesses that are working hard to achieve their culinary dreams. In
2013, we will be introducing our Grubber Spotlight feature, where we scour the
area for products, people, and companies in your backyard that you need to know
